Production Journey

Piel Canela Body Oil & Mujer Radiante Face Oil
Piel Canela and Mujer Radiante pay homage to our piel and raíces, offering a harmonious blend of luxurious oils that elevate and nourish your skin while connecting you to the enchanting landscapes of Mexico. At the core of this fusion lie cold-pressed prickly pear seed oil and tepezcohuite, ethically sourced from an organic cooperative nestled in central Mexico, where proud families sustainably cultivate Mother Earth’s gifts. Formulated with intentionality and cultural essence in the U.S.A., each small batch promises effectiveness and a profound connection to Mexico’s elemental beauty.

Ayate Body Polisher & Ixtle Face Polisher
The agave fiber from which our face and body polishers are made allows for a powerful, yet nourishing and gentle exfoliating experience without compromising the sustainability of Mother Earth. The crafting of these body polishers is carried out by a local family in Hidalgo, Mexico, who have sustained this craft for multiple generations.
They continue to work together, respecting the seasons and the offerings that Mother Earth brings to determine their production and ability to source this fiber at a sustainable rate. They follow the pace of Mother Earth and not the pace of demand. Once the fiber is processed by hand to a state in which it can be woven, they begin the final process, weaving it either with a crochet method or a telar de cintura, depending on the design
